How do I sign in to the customer portal? Open the customer portal app (or the portal link we emailed you) and sign in with the email address you gave us during your consultation. First time? Use the invitation link in your welcome email to set a password.
How do I request a quote? Submit the contact form on this site, book a consultation through our Booking page, or call us. We follow up within one business day.
How do I reset my portal access? On the portal sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the email instructions. If you no longer have access to that email, contact us and we'll re-send your invitation.
Where can I see my project progress? Sign in to the customer portal — your project dashboard shows the current phase, schedule, photos, and updates from our team.
How do I upload photos? In the customer portal, open your project and use the photo upload option to share inspiration images or site photos. You can also email them to us.
Where do I sign my estimate? Estimates are delivered through the customer portal — open the estimate from your project dashboard and follow the prompt to review and sign electronically.
App Support
For iOS app issues, email chris@sleekrenovations.com with your device model, iOS version, and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.
